Our Freshness Guarantee
We are committed to delivering only the highest quality fresh products. If you're not 100% satisfied with the quality of any item, we'll make it right – no questions asked.
Return Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Products received with visible damage, spoilage, or quality issues
- Products that do not match what you ordered (wrong item or quantity)
- Issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence
- Product packaging and labels are intact (where applicable)
Important: All Fresh Basket products are perishable (vegetables, fruits, dairy). Items purchased in error cannot be returned.
How to Report an Issue
If you receive a product that doesn't meet our quality standards:
- Contact Us Immediately: Call +52 33 3015 2963 or email admin@freshbasket.com.mx within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide Order Details: Share your order number, the specific product(s) with issues, and a brief description of the problem.
- Submit Photo Evidence: Send clear photos showing the quality issue, including the product and packaging.
Refund Process
- Full Refund: Full refund in accordance with terms mentioned in 'Return Eligibility' section above
- Advance Payment Refund: Your 50% advance payment will be refunded within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
- Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after verification
IMPORTANT: Advance payment is non-refundable if the order is cancelled on the day of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following situations are NOT eligible for returns or refunds:
- Items purchased in error (all products are perishables – please review your cart carefully)
- Used packaged goods (opened/consumed products)
- Products without valid quality issues as outlined in the Return Eligibility section
