What happens if I stop placing orders?
If you're on the free tier and drop below 3 orders in the trailing 30 days, Crown benefits pause silently. Place more orders or pay 49 MXN to reactivate.
Is the paid membership auto-renewing?
No — we never auto-charge you. When your 30 days end, you'll need to manually pay again if you want to keep Crown benefits.
Can I combine free qualification with a paid period?
Yes. If you're paid, the rolling order count still runs in the background. When your paid period ends, if you have 3+ orders in the last 30 days, you stay Crown for free.
What counts as an order?
Only delivered orders count. Once you receive your 3rd order, your next (and all following) orders within the trailing 30 days get the Crown delivery discount automatically.
